Can I use my own phone numbers?
Yes. VoxConnect supports bring-your-own SIP trunks with any provider, or you can provision new UK and international numbers directly through the platform via Twilio.
What AI models power the agents?
VoxConnect supports multiple LLM providers including OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini). You can choose the best model for your use case and switch between them at any time.
Is VoxConnect GDPR compliant?
Yes. VoxConnect is built with UK GDPR compliance from the ground up. We offer data processing agreements, data subject access request handling, right to erasure, recording consent workflows, and encrypted data storage. Our infrastructure is hosted in the UK and Netherlands.
Can the AI agent transfer calls to a human?
Yes. Workflow nodes include warm transfer and blind transfer options. The AI agent can transfer to any phone number or SIP endpoint when it detects the caller needs human assistance.
