Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoxConnect platform ("Service"). VoxConnect is a trading name of Longworths Holdings UK Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16248412), with its registered office at 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, London, W1T 6EB.
By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
VoxConnect is a multi-tenant voice AI platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered voice agents for inbound and outbound telephony. The Service includes:
- AI agent creation and configuration
- IVR workflow design and deployment
- SIP trunk and phone number management
- Call recording, transcription, and analytics
- Knowledge base and RAG capabilities
- Team management and role-based access control
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Plans and Billing
Access to the Service is provided through subscription plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of subscription.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) and direct debit (processed by GoCardless). All payments are processed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your account may be suspended immediately. You will retain access to your billing settings to update your payment method. Once payment is resolved, your account will be automatically reactivated.
4.4 Overages
Usage beyond your plan's included allowances (minutes, agents, etc.) will be charged at the overage rates published on our pricing page. We will notify you when you approach your plan limits.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You must ensure that your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations.
6. Your Data
6.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to your data, including call recordings, transcriptions, knowledge base content, and agent configurations. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
6.2 Data Processing
We process your data solely to provide the Service. Our data processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR & Data Processing page.
6.3 Data Portability
You may export your data at any time through the Service's built-in export features or by contacting our support team. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to export your data before deletion.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) for language model, text-to-speech, and speech-to-text capabilities. You are responsible for:
- Providing your own API keys for third-party providers where required
- Complying with the terms of service of those third-party providers
- Understanding that data sent to third-party providers is subject to their privacy policies
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Longworths Holdings UK Limited (trading as VoxConnect). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Longworths Holdings UK Limited (trading as VoxConnect) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of your current billing period. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
12. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Service, please refer to our Complaints Procedure. As a CISAS-registered communications provider, unresolved complaints may be referred to the Communications & Internet Services Adjudication Scheme (CISAS) for independent resolution.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your right to use the CISAS adjudication scheme.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
